Part 1 of 2, for a commission for :icontriptychr: ... seems Trip found a translation of the original lyrics to "Sho Jo Ji" - especially the part about singing and dancing with tanuki in the garden court - and decided he wanted to see this for himself! Naturally, this would require a disguise in order to infiltrate tanuki society and make his way to Sho Jo Ji temple . . . will he succeed?

92% of teens moved on to rap music.
If you're part of the 6% that rock out everyday put this in your sig.
If you are some of the 2% who do both, Keep Rock Rap ‘em and rolling.

Well, you're the first to mention Sho Jo Ji besides ShoJoJim, who often draws fat raccoons and at one point made a video to the song.

Indeed, his video was how I first found it. And from there I found the Japanese lyrics (with a translation) and was amazed at how the Americanization really ... yikes. Has nothing to do with the original song.
